The Iconic Impala Turns Heads At TechCrunch

Since 1958, the Impala has been an icon of innovation and of what 1950s chief engineer, Ed Cole called a "prestige car within the reach of the average American citizen.".  Its sleek design  and use of modern technology has kept this model, deriving its name and iconic symbol from the south African antelope, at the head of the class for the large sedan category.

Since its production launch on March 4, 2013, the 2014 Chevy Impala has topped the foreign and domestic competition in Consumer Reports testing of large sedans, setting standards just like its predecessors. This week, the 2014 Impala is being showcased at the TechCrunch Disrupt, a cutting-edge technology conference being held in San Francisco this year.
